While many lawyers may feel more comfortable doing paper law in an office, Matthew thrives in the courtroom and excels at trials. Beyond the polished arguments and meticulously crafted briefs lies a man deeply rooted in empathy and understanding, traits honed through the lenses of family and fatherhood. Le Trinh, Owner & Attorney

Le Trinh is a lawyer with a background in workers’ compensation and a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She now manages operations at The Tabo Law Firm, where she focuses on building clear systems, supporting the legal team, and creating a smoother experience for clients. Her mix of legal and business perspective helps keep the firm organized, efficient, and moving in the right direction.

Saila Sanders, Trial Attorney

Prior to joining The Tabo Law Firm, Saila gained valuable experience in trust and estate litigation, where she discovered her passion for supporting families through high-conflict situations. At The Tabo Law Firm, she primarily assists clients in child custody, child support, and spousal support matters and has achieved success in both obtaining and defending against Domestic Violence Restraining Orders. Saila has secured multiple five-year DVROs for her clients and has also successfully defended against improper restraining order requests.

During law school, Saila excelled in Moot Court, earning the award for Best Oral Argument, and in Trial Advocacy, where her team received the honor of Top Defense Team. She graduated summa cum laude from law school, ranking third in her class, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Pacific. Saila is dedicated to providing compassionate yet tenacious representation and takes pride in guiding her clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives with empathy, diligence, and zealous advocacy.
